At Brown & Company Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping box with the provided return form.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print our prepaid, fully insured shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
