All orders are shipped via insured expedited carriers. For your security, an adult signature is strictly required upon delivery for all jewelry pieces valued over $500.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every piece from Brown & Company Jewelers comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
